"THE TENTH MAN" TO-NIGHT. "The Tenth Man," which screens' at tbe Cosy Theatre to-nigbt, is the story of a rutbless magnate's amazing marital, financial and political adventures, based on his belief that "Nine men out of ten are eitber knaves or fools." With this cynical motto engraved deep on his heart, he buccaneers his way through life, immensely successful at everytliing he undertakes from finance to politics. Until one day, he comes face to face with the one man he fears— the tenth man . . and the battle of wits for aupremacy is between these two — the one a financial genius and tbe other a man who could not be bought, a man who knew only one master, his own conscience. The outcome of this terrific conflict pr.oviden an unforget.table climax. John Lodge appears iu the star role and Antoinette Cellier plays opposite him as the longsuffering wife. Aileen Marson, Iris Hoey, Clifford Evans, Athole Stewart, Bruce Lister, Geotge Graves and other well-known players are also in the film. There are the usual high-claja supports.
