Movement of British Forces Overseas
RUGBY, Aug. 27. The trooping , Reason opens on Septembe'r 7, when the new troopship Dunera will leave Southampton for Hongkong with naval crews and Royal Air Foree drafts for Far East stations, and with militaTy drafts for Hongkong. Other sailings during the month inelude the Somersetshire, on September 11, with the Third Brigade of the Eoyal Horse Artillery for Egypt; thc I.ancashire, on September 14, with nnilitary drafts for India, and the Nevasa, on Sejjfember 21, with the Second Battalion of the Black Watch for Palestine. The Nevasa will also carry > the families of the First Battalion of the Royal Sussex Begiment to Egypt, where they will join the battalion on its mOve from Palestine to Egypt. The Somersetshire will bring back from Egypt the First Brigade of the Royal Horse Artillery, and is due to arrive at Sauthampton on October 5.
