In tbo Supreme .Court to-day, Mr Justice Ostler appointed guardians ad litem for i Jane Nelson the ' 19-year-old widow of .Ex'nest Severin Nelson, an elderiy farmer, of Waihou, who was murdered by being shot on his farm qn the evening of June 9 of last year, and for the xnale ehild of the widow .born oul November- 10 last. The .writ -has been issued on behatf of the the brothers of Mr' Nelson asking the Court to declare that the infant son of hHs Jane Nelson is not the son of Ihe deceased Ernest Severin Nelson.. . ,
