POLICE CALLED OUT
Hysterical Women Greet Film Star (Received 28, 1.0 p.m.)' LONDON, Aug. 27. Half an hour before the film star, Robert Taylor, arrived at Waterloo Station from America, extra police were called out and liqked arms to prevent a crowd of hysterical women from rushing the platform. The station rang with the shrieks of girls, standing on seats and waving wildly. There were similar scenes at Southampton where he landed. ■
