Leaving Sydney To-day (Received 28, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 27. The Hon. R. Semple, Minister of Transport and Public Works in the New Zealand Government, will Teturn to Wellington by the Wanganella tomorrow. Mr Semple has been on a health Tecuperating tour in Australia, during which he investigated irrigation and electrical undertakings.
