Holding that the plaintiff was entitled to the benefits • of earnings under a sharemilking contract as well as a sawmill hand, Mr. Justice O'Regan gave judgment for £230 1/6, costs ten guineas and witnesses ' expenses two guineas, in favour of William Curtain aghinst Charles Leslie Grant, of Rockville, Nelson industrial district, in a claim for compensation for injury at a mill.
