WELLINGTON, This Day. At the biennial eonference of the New Zealand Coulities' , Conference which onded yesterday the following officers were elected: President, Mr. G. J. Talbot (Fairlie); vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Morrison (Maxwell) and J. Ritehie (Bannockburn); exeeutive committee, Messrs. J. W. Anderson (Tirau), W. G. Belton (Waverley), M. Betheil (Culverden), J. N. Massey (Franklin), 1\ R. Flatman (Geraldine), W. Mar'shali (Paeroa), C. Matthews (Gisborne), Hon. W. H. Mclntyre, M.L.C. (Millerton), G, A. Monk (Horowhenua), W. 0. Norman (Winton), P. F. Ryan (Weedons), W. Tucker (Hastings) with Mr. A. E. Jull in an advisory capacity. The auditor is Mr. G. A. Monk (Horowhenua). — Press Assn.
