The dtiei lasted two and a-half hourS, They usbd light cttvaity sahres. Both Were wounded early in the cbmbat and again in the twelf th round, when a second wanted to stop the fight, whiGh continued until tiie 51st, when it Was deelared ended owing to the exhaustion of the duellists. The duei originated over an argtunent at a meeting.
