CASINO BALLROOOM AFIRE
1000 People Have Narro\v Escape (Received 23 10.40 a.m.) BOULOGNE, Aug. 22. Fire, which is attributed to a shortcircuit, broke out in the ballroom of tho Casino after midnight. Men dancers used fire-extinquishers in vaixi. A thousand people barely escaped from the ballroom, cincma and other parts before the building was a mass of flames.
