AMBITIOUS PLAN
Rugby League in Australia (Eeceived 23, 10.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 23. In an ambitious plan of big football for next season which he will submit to the New South Wales and Queensland Eugby Leagues and, with their approval, to the authorities abroad, the secretary of the New South Wales Eugby League, Mr. Miller, has tentatively included matches against teams from New Zealand and France.
