TRAFFIC BREACHES
Several OSenders Fined at Napier Court Most of the cases heard by Mr. J. Miller, 6.M., in the Napier Magistrate 's Court .this morning were in regard to breaches of the traffic regulations. In addition to three case^ where drivers were charged with intoxication while in charge of motor vehicles, the following minor cases were met by fines:— . John William Spotswood, of Napier, was fiued £1 with 10/- costs for speeding on the Napier-Hastings road, and 10/- with 10/- costs for dri'ving without " a 'licence. Maurice Gray and Gordon " Clive Breen, both of Napier, were each convicted and discharged on chargos of oxceeding the parking limit. John Edward Butler, of Taradale, was fined £l with 10/- costs for operating a motor-car without a warrant of fitness. For failing to signal his intention of drawing out from the kerb, Bernard Tohnston, of Hastings, was fined 5/with 10/- costs. Eeynold- Mclntyre, of Hastings, who exceeBed the speed limit on the Marine Parade, was fined £1 with 10/- costs.
