Waipawa Body Meets I

WAIPW4, Saturday. At the monthly meeting of the Waipawa Plunket Society, Mrs. F. R. Furminger presided, and there were present Mesdames Preston, Towers, D. H. Edwards, Fepperell, Mason and Splcer (secretary). Nurse Tait Will commence duties as from September 1. Mrs. Preston roported on the provincial conference held at Hastings on July 27, Jhe Waipawa Society being „represented by Mesdames Preston, Spider (delegates), and Furminger, G. Clark and Gr'eville Warren. The' following subseriptions haV6 been reeeived:— Mrs. Graht (Wakarara) 5-, Mrs. Suniniers (Pukehou) 5/-, Mrs. Brophy 2/6, Mrs. It. Dunkin 5/-, Mrs. D. H. Edwards 5/-, Mrs. Bloomfield 2/-. Also a donation of £1 .1/- frotn Mrs. Furminger and 10/- from Mrs. jf. Flotcher. It was decided to hold the annual gymkhana some time in March.
