Lord Nuffield and Steel Manufacturers (Received 20, I.Sq p.m.) LONPON, Aug. 20. Describing the stecl manufacturers' attitude as "an absolute ramp," Lord Nuffield, speaking at a Morris luncheon, suid: "We will buy our steel overseas. Presenf prices are far too high. Stocl is being nianui'nctured abroad for a third less than tho cost in Britaixx."
