HAVELOCK NORTH BATHS

Annual Meeting of Committee Mr W. A. Nirnon presided over the annual meeting of the Havelock Nortb Baths Committee yesterday. Also present were: Messrs E. Riley, E. F. Leicester, C. D. Panekkurst and W. H. Anderson. The annual report and balance-sheet, showing a loss of £10 5/4, were adopted. Mr Nimon was unanimously reelected cliairman, and Mr W. H. Anderson was reappointed, secretary. The efi'ecting of necessary repairs at tho baths was left with the chairinan and secretary. It was decided that the position of custodiau for the season shoujd again be offered to Mr A. Lindsay, and it was decided to place on record the committee's appreciation of tho good management shown by the secretary and the custodian.
