Porangahau Meeting
'l'he mouthly meeting u£ tlie Porangahau Women's Institute wa3 held in Jie Masonic Hall. There ivas a fair attendaixce, over which the president, Miss K. Green, presided. A demonstration was given by a sewing luachine expert of the latest Ulipliances attached to sewing-mach-ines. Th« members of the institute presmted Mrs C. Hobson with a coloured vase as a token of their good wishes.
