Wairoa Man on Charges of Breaking and Entering

WAIROA, Last Night. Pleading guilty to two charges of breaking, entering and thet't f the Masonic Hall, Wairoa, and at ti.io Wairoa County Council office, John Vv'illiam McClure was committed for sentenee at the Supreme Court at Napier wheu he appeared before Mr E. L. Walton, S.M.. in the Wairoa Magistrate's Court to-day. On two other charges of cscaplng from custody and breaking aud entering at Swifts (N.Z.), Ltd., he pleaded not guilty in order, ho said, "to show up how he had been treated all ovor Ncw Zealand." On three other charges of petty theft he was sentenced to one montli's iuiprisonment on each charge, tha seutenees to be cumulative. t
