Miss Nola Marshall, of Hastings, who has recently been staying in Waipukurau, has acceptod a position in Christchurch with John Stannagc's Radio Service. Miss Marshatl leaves for tho South Island on August 28 and her many f ricnds will wish her u\ ery suocess. Itrs Russell Grace, Wanganui, and Miss Cynthia Wilson, Bulls, are tho guests of Miss Johnston, "Motuotaraia," Wanstead, for the Waipukurau ladies' go)f tournament. Miss U»a Herrick, Tautane, Herbertville, and Miss Christina Williams, Frimley, Hastings, who have been staying with Mrs John Elworthy, Holme Station, Timaru, havo left on a visit to thc Hermitagc. Miss Betty Sharp, who has been visiting her aunt, Mrs D. McKenzie, Gisborne has returned to her home in Hastings' ancl leaves shortly to take up a position in Palmerston North.
