Ivory, Rapaura, near Blenheim, was struek yesterday by a motor-truck driven by Alr Noel Rose. She sustained a fractured skull and severe facial injuries. The child alighted from the bus in order to take some mail across to the settler's letter-box. She was carried some distance by the truck, which pasSed over lier. Slie was taken to hospital and her condition is eritical this morning.
