COMPANY WOUND-UP
Perpetrated Extensive Frauds (Received 19, 8.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, Au£. 19. Mr Justice Long Innes, in tho Equity Court yesterday, ordered the compulsory winding-up of HocTgson Investment Ltd., which perpetrated extensive frauds. The managing director was convicted recently and sentenced for conspiracy. Hodgson Investments Ltd., which purported to have afforestation interests in Now Zealand, liad negotiations with Pacifie Forests Ltd., and were about to pureliase sbares which brought in £5,000. Its funds in various banks, however, amountcd to £1000.
