The exquisite veil was edged with tiny leaves and tell from a halo of orange blossom, being loaned by Mrs J. Millp, jnr-, and her bouquet was eomposed of freesias and maidenhair fern. In attendance on the bride- were | . two nieeesy Misses Marjqrie Bateman, j Hastings (chief) and Betty Fowke, of Palmerston North. They wore froeks inade alike in fine siTk lace over satin. The: chief bridesmaid was .'in pink with a ' tiny bandeau of pink flowers oh lier head, the second maid ' being in bluo with a blue bandeau. They. wore silver shoes and had bouquets of blue hyacinths, tiny pink chrysanthemums and maidenhair fern, tied in satiii ribbon with hanging ends. Mr Iton Millar attended his brother as best man and Mr Norman Eum-" mery, of Hastings, .was groomsmah.' The*ushers were Messrs ti. Batten and Bruce Fowke. The guests. came from Hawera, Hastings.
