Times Will Not Alter It's Policy , (Received 18, 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 17. With reference t© its representation at Berlin The Times states that their correspondent Mr Norman Ebbutt, was about to depart for liis leave when. the hubbub began. The usual arrangements had already been made for carrying on the work of his office during his holiday and these t^mporary arrangements stand. Meanwhile The Times assures its readers that no correspondent will ever be sent to Berlin under the restrictions apparently desired- by the dennan authorities, and German activities for good or evil will contihue to be faithfully xccorded and, if necessary, criticised.
