PARALYSIS CASES
Melbourne Epidemic MELBOURNE, Aug. 16. Twonty-eight cases of infantile paralysis reported since Thursday bring the total to 101. No more deaths have occurred. A feature of the developments of thel epidemic was the discovery at the week-i end of a colony of contacts at Mount1 Macedon, a fashionable holiday resort' 40 miles from the city. Three casesoccurred at the school there and it has' now been closed. Strict precautions; are b'eing taken at Macedon where the! roads are now patrolled by council exnployees and motorists aro questioned and advised to return to the city.
