WELLINGTON, This Day. Cabled advice from the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, that he will be leaving Vancouver by the Aorangi for Auckland on September 1 v/as received yesterday by the Prime Minister, the Et. Hon. M. J. Savage. The Aorangi is due at Auckland on September 20. Sipce the International Labour Conference at Geneva, where he represented the New Zealand Government, Mr. Armstrong has been investigating industrial conditions abroad, and is at present in the TJnited States of America.
