Thunderstorms in London RTJGBY, Aug. 14. The effects of yesterday's thunderstorms were still felt this morning when many city wmrkers were delayed on their wav to London on account of the interruptions and tl.e diversion of railway services, due to tracks beiug still flooded despite al! night pumping operations.
