Meeting of Waipukurau Branch (From Our Own Correspondent.) - WAIPUKURAU, This Day. At a meeting of tho Waipukurau branch of the Farmers' Union held yesterday afternoon, Mr J. D. Ormond, jnr., presided over a fair number of members, . s Mr C. L. Monckton was elected to mcmbership. Apologies were read from Mr J. W. Harding and Mr Riddell. Members then heard an address on Romney sheep by Mr W. A. Tod^ of Hollycombe, Otane. At the conclusion of his address Mr Tod invited and answered questions, after which the meeting accorded him a hearty vote of thanks.
