F Powell, now working with the Albetta Governmcnt as Mnjor tS. H. Douglas 's represcntativo (says a Calgary mossage). "Tho point of ouf attack on the enemies of social credit," ho added, "will' al'most inevitably be where the people show the greatest solidarity. Wo have yct to decido whether Alberta is 1 the most vulnerable point. It all depcnds on whether we ean find sufiicient uuiiy among the people to warrant the introduction of our policy. Such a decision, of courso, will have to bo made in London." Mr Powoll said the social credit lieadquarters in London liad in mind soveral ploces "where an attack miglit be launchcd, notably New Zealand." With Mr L. D. Byrne, another social credit expert, Mr Powell. has started a survey of the province. "We shall report the result of our survCy to Major Douglas and leave it to him to decide wliefher there is sufiicient unity and determination ninong tho people of Alborta to warrant throwing tho spearhead of our attacks liere."
