Inspector's Statistics NAPIER PROSECUTIONS A statement that, of 277 motor aocidents for ^leven weeks ended May 31, 31 had been due to speediug, ,was made by the Main' Highways Board inspector, Mr J. H. R. Semple, in the Napier Magistrate's Court yesterday, when he prosecuted a motorist for ex ceeding the speed limit in Clive. Mr J. Miller, S.M.f was on the Beneh. A fine of £1, with 10/costs, was imposed.
