Mrs Ricliard Brown (separate cstate) £21 9/11, costs £4 7/6; thc Hawke's Bay Eivers Board v. Albert Hylands £8 8/11, costs £1 10/6. On a judgment Summons, P. Auderson was ordered to pay Thomson Bros £1 16/8 forthwith, in defanlt two days* imprisonment at tke Napier gaol.
