John Lydia Began, who claimed the child, have agreed petmanently to surrender the boy to Mr. and Mrs. Horst ,a Weaithy couple. Mr. Horst is,a soiig publisher and kOtel owner. Formal adoption proceedings are pending. Mrs. Regan said that the baby will probably fare well, because Mr. and Mts. Horst are fiuancially able to take good care fo him.
