Shelley, Director of Broadcasting in New Zealand. Mr. Clark said he found that in the Paeific Islands i the reception of short-wave programmes j from England was rather variable. i Although Mr. Clarke will be in New S Zealand for a fortnight only, in that i ,time he will visit various districts in I both islands and discuss with officials ; and others the Empire short-wave seri jvices and their general efficiency from ' jthe Dominion standpoint.
