WELLINGTON, Last Night On eight charges of theft, involving £41 8/-, a court bailiff, Arthur Kingsley Bell, was granted 18 months' probation. Bell was arrested at Christchurch for drunkenne'ss, and as the result of wh,at he told the police he was detained.
