"WHEN'S YOTJE BIRTHDAY;" The subject of a'strology form.s tho •hilarious background' for "When's Your Birthday?" the rollicking David L. Loew eomedy whieh comes to the screen with Joe E. Brown in the starring role at the State to-night. Brown is seen as a profe&sional soothsayer in a Midway concession, after a short but disastrou3 career as a part-time prize fighter has brought him many blaek' eyes and enough money to pay for n course in astrology. The events of the story seem to bear ont hds faith in the subject, and tne picture comes to a thrillrng close when he ventures an amazing propheey — and makes it stiekl But this is not until many laughable situations - have kept him jumping back and forth between the frying pan and the -fire, with disaster always just aronnd the corner.
