HASTINGS BOUT TO-MORROW
Floyd Marshall arrived in Hastings yesterday afternoon to fulfil his en> gagement with "Lofty" Blomfiled on Friday night. He has been medioally examined and pronouneed as unfit tc wrestle for 10 days. The Hawke's Bay Wrestling Association immediately communicated with Wellington and has been successful in securing Chief Little Wolf as Blomfields' opponent. This alteration will not in any way diminish the pleasure of Friday night 's wrestling, and the association is lueky in getting these two men together. Lofty and Little Wolf met in Auckland recently (their first meeting) when hundreds were unable to obtain admission. They provided one of the most exciting contests ever seen in that city. Little Wolf was in the process of applying his Indian death-lock when he was knocked out by what the referee considered a punch. Blomfield was disqualified, and, as the two have not met since and as it can be taken for granted that Lofty will be going for evens, a night 'S exciting entertainment is indicated. A six 10-niinute round "professional contest between Herb Brinson ,of Hastings, and Frank Sykes, New Plymouth, will also be staged, together with one amateur bout. _ As the box plan is filling r apidly, it is essential for patrons to make their reservations.
