EARL BALDWIN TO REST
Suffering from Rheumatism (Received S, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 2. Earl Baldwin, walking with the aid of a stick, told an audience at a flower show at his home, Astley Hail, Worcestershire, that he eould not stand for any length of time owing to rheumatism. He had been ordered a complete rest and was going.to take it; he would make no speeches this year.
