MEMORIAL TO BE SHIFTED
South African War Monument in Napier I he reeouditioning of the South African War Memorial on the Marine Parade, Napier, and its removal to a position where it will not obstruet traffic were discussed last evening by tlio Napier Borough Council. The memorial is to be reinoved to the apex of the triangular garden plot on the parade. The base is to be remodelled to conform with the shape of the plot, and the memorial is to be reconditioned.
