WAIROA, Last Night. The Poverty Bay senior representative team were .successfiul kin thcix challenge for the Barry Cup, which has teen retained by the Wairoa senior representatives for the past five years. The final score was: Poverty Bay 20, Wairoa 11, Mr E. H* Vallance refereed. The day was Ibright and sunny on Saturday, and conditions were ideal for play. There was only a moderato attendance of spectators. In the curtain-raiser, Napier High School Old ' Boys defeated a Wairoa third grade team, comprising Old Boys, rixales and High School, by 3 points 'to uil. Mr C. Mori refereed.
