Baker Sigiied for More Than He Was Paid * LIGHT FINE IMPOSED Charged with accepting employment at wages lower tlian the minimum al-_ lowed by the award under which he worked and with signing for more than he received, Boy Salter Moonie, baker, of Port Ahuriri, pleaded guilty before Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning. The inspector bf awards, Mr. E. A. Wood, who brought the charge, said the case was a sequel. to one in which Moonie 's employer had alreadv been fined. The f alsq entry in the book was a serious matter, said the Magistrate, but defendant was now out of work and the employer had already paid a substantial fine. A fine of 10/-, with costs of a similar amount, was • iraposed.
