FATAL FALL AT WORK

Hastings Man-s Death INQUEST OPENED An .inquest was opened in Napier last evening by the district coroner, Mr. J. Miller,' S.M., into the death of William Valentine Sidney Nicholls, of Hastings, who died at nine o'clock yesterday evening in the Napier Pablic Hospital as the result of injuries received in a- fall at his work in Hastings." After evidence of identification had been given by his sister, Mrs. Enima Pearl Martin, of Hastings, the inquiry was adjourned sine die. Sergeant G. F. Bonish condiicted the inquiry.
