New Joint Company Proposed agreement on control (Received 30, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 30. Sir Archdrile ParkMU announced that it had been agreed by the Governments of Australia, New Zealand and the (Jnited Kingdom that the trans-Tasman air-mail service should be cpntrolled by. a new joint company dn which each Government woxild be represented by three directors, Australia to bear 23 per cent. of the payments to the company the United Kingdom 38 per cent., and' New Zealand 39 per cent., subjeet to a review every three years.
