Spreading of Germs Among Rebels Alleged DEATH SENTENCE (Received 30, 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, July 29. International repercussions are expected as the result of the Spanish insurgents sentencing to death two Frenchmen. According to the jonrnal Le Jour, the Frenchman was allegedly found jn a frontier village carrying tubes of typhoid germs. They are reported to have confessed that each received 100,000 francs to scatter the germs behind t-he insurgent lines. General Franco is stated to have delayed the executions pending the establishment oi an international tribunal to consider the caSe.
