Two Criminal Trials for Napier Session A SMALL LIST Two trials and two prisoners for sentence comprise the criminal calendar for the August session of the Supreme Court at Napier, which opens on August 2. Sir John Reid will preside, and it is expeeted that the session will be concluded within a week. The civil cases include two claima for damages to be heard by the judge and a full.jury, and two, for amounts below £500, before a judge and a jury of four.
