ATTACK ON MADRID
Franco's Forces Massing (Received 27, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 26. For the first time eince November's desperate days, General Franco's forces are massing for a frontal attack on tbe streets and squares of Madrid. In the meantime, his bombing planes are attempting to break up Government concentrations outside the city.
