WELLINGTON, Thi* Day. Dalgety's annual review of the New Zealand wool trade states that 686,994 balos were sold, At June . 30 thero were 15,198 bales on hand, consisting principally of crutchings and oddmcnts, which have sinCo heen practically disposed of. Shipmejxts on account ef growers were 60,847 bales, including 47,9S8 bales of greasy. The gross proceeds from New Zealand Saies were £15,344,231, an av^rage of £22 6/8 a bale. The price per lb, was 15.71 pencq. This represents an increase over last year of £5,260,934. Of. the total purchases in New Zealand for the twelve months, the United Kingdom took 245,626 bales, Janan, China and India 122,769, United States and Canada, 114,513, New Zealand 'manufacturers 24,289, local scourers 25,807, Aijstjalia bales,
