America's Aggressive Move NEW YOEK, july 25. As an aggressive move in- the war to control venereal disease several million questionnaires were sent to the population of the city by the Federal and local health authorities to determine the number willing to submit to t'rcc secret blood tests. This is the first slep in a nation-wide cauipaign to wipe out the scourgo which annually infects 1 500,000 persons.
