TRAFFIC BREACHES
Napier OSenders Fined Two cases only of breaches of the traffio regulations were heard by Mr J. Miller, S.M., in the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning, fines being imposed in each case. The cases weiv brought by the Napier borough traflic inspector, Mr A. M. Oliver. Christian Mangielson, of Napier, fisli merohant. was fined £1 10/-, with 10/ costs, for driving at a dangerous speed. lloy Walker, of Pahiatua, farm labourer. who drove a motor-cycle in Napier without a driver's licence and without a warrant of iitness, was fined 10/- and £1 on the respective charges. L with 10/- costs in each instance,
