'PLANE IN FLAMES
Six Killed in Air Force Crash LONDON, July 23. Six were killed when a threeengined Air Force bomber crashed in flames in the Derbyshire hills. Villagers said they saw three Verey lights fired just before the crash, and that the engines seemed to be misfiring. The crash occurred near the summit of the 2000-foot high Kinder Stout mountain. The machine blazed furioUsly for 3 d minutes. The victims have not yet been identified. The faet that it was an Air Force machine was only established by the discovery of a notebook near the scene. Tt was the worst Air Force crash this year.
