Enthusiastic Reception (Received 23, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, .Tuly 23. Residents of the old gold-mining town of Sofala yesterday aecorded the Hon. R. Semple an enthusiastic reception when he returned with his wife to the disfcriet where he was born. A civic reception wa.s given by the Turon. Sbire Council, Mr Semple was , entertained by local residents. -
