A bill will be introduced by tlie Government Of Victoria next Session to provide for the establishment of a Fair Rents Court. Reports of increaoes iu rentals are being investigated by tho State Housing Investigation and Slum Abolition Board. The secretary of the board said cently that some abnormal rise in ren* tals had been brought to the notiea of the board. Inereases of from 10 Iq 15 per cent. had been reported frei quently. '
