FIGHTING ABATES IN MADRID SECTOR
(Received 22, 8.45 a.m.) MADRID, July 21. Fighting in the Madrid eector is abaiing. It has heen the biggest battle in the eivil war. The insurgents claim that the Government casualties were 8000 wliile the insurgent losses are estimated at 2000. General .Frafico claims an advance of four miles, while the Government contends that his main objective failed.
