(Reeeived 21, 11.0 a,m.) PEIPING, July 20. The train service from 'Peiping to Tientsin has been stispetided. A Nanking message states that fighting has broken out at Fengtai. The Japanese Consulate has irarned citizens to prepare to leave Nanking at short notice. Tokio reports state that Japanese planes dropped leafletB over Wangping ordering the civil population to evacuate the district,. adding that Japan would no longer tolerate Ohinese provoeation. The War Office issued a ■tatement# that Japanese forces were eompelled to return the fire of Chinese troops at Wangping in order to silence the Chinese artillery.
